By using the Emanetmatik luggage locker service, you agree to the following terms.
1. Description of Service
Emanetmatik provides an automated locker service for the temporary storage of belongings at the Crescent Mall, Dəniz Mall, 28 Mall, and Gənclik Mall shopping malls in Azerbaijan, as well as in the Old City (İçərişəhər).
2. Rules of Use
A locker can only be opened with the personal ticket issued to you. Do not share your ticket with third parties. An additional fee applies after the standard usage period (see the "Pricing" section on our site).
3. Prohibited Items
Storing perishable food, explosive materials, or any items prohibited under the legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the lockers is strictly forbidden.

Bakotek Texnoloji MMC is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from a violation of this rule.
4. Limitation of Liability
While lockers are equipped with security measures (video monitoring, sturdy construction), Bakotek Texnoloji MMC bears liability in cases of theft, loss, or damage. Storing high-value items in the lockers is not recommended.
5. Payment
All payments are made according to the current rates shown on the site or on the locker screen. Payments are non-refundable except in exceptional circumstances.
6. Extended Use
If the locker is not emptied after the standard period (4 days) expires, your belongings will be moved to storage. If our team receives no information about the item within 10 days, your belongings will be discarded. Bakotek Texnoloji MMC is not liable for items for which the call center has not been notified.
7. Changes
These terms may be updated without prior notice. Updated terms take effect as of the date they are published on the site.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
