Duration depends on the location: shopping malls are billed in 4-hour tiers (0–4, 4–8, 8–12 hours), while the Old City (İçərişəhər) charges an additional 3 AZN for every extra 3 hours after the first hour. See the 'Pricing' section for full details. You can come back and collect your belongings at any time.
Bank card and contactless payment are available at all our locations. Payment at the locker's POS terminal takes just a few seconds — please wait until your ticket is printed.
Don't worry — contact our staff through the call center at the location. Your locker will be opened once your identity is confirmed and an additional 10 AZN fee is paid.
Every locker is under 24/7 video monitoring and built with structured metal construction. Each locker only opens with the QR code on the ticket assigned to you.
Perishable food, explosive, or otherwise prohibited items cannot be stored in the lockers. Please keep the lockers clean while using them.
On the locker's monitor screen, you can choose the size that suits your needs from three options (small, medium, large). Sizes and prices are shown in the 'Pricing' section.
